I hate to disappoint but I don't see that happening at all. GM very rarely raises HP on cars during its life cycle, unless it is a new sub model, IE ZR1. How often has it happened on the GM performance cars in the last 15-20 years? The C6 didn't have any, nor the V series, I don't recall previous Camaro doing it either. I expect the Z06 stays at 650 through the life of the C7, if it goes up it'll be like 5-10 hp nothing substantial.

Ya that could happen, but I think it'll get the same rating as the V. It changed last time because the Lid was revised and ended up producing more power. I'd say it would be more likely that the ZL1 gets like 670 hp then prepare for the ZR1 (hopefully mid-engine car!).

Question for those who know more than me about this LT4 supercharger lid stuff. Is it easy to just change the lid to make the supercharger bigger and more efficient? I see people talking about the lid making the difference in the supercharger displacement.
