I see it all the time in the software business as well. When you release something and your customers become your beta testers, you rushed the release. When numerous issues appear only a month or so after release, it means there wasn't enough testing, i.e. a rushed release.

Just like to say that aside from the center console needing to be replaced I have not had any major issues. I avoided MRC and NPP and that seems to be 2 big problems areas. I was a 10/12er and thus far my car is ship shape. Sorry to hear all the troubles a few of you have been having but can you guys stop talking out of your asses with "rushed release" and "like the 80s" seriously...

No matter how good your internal beta testing is, when you go to mass produce things will be different.

With software, its stupid users; hardware, manufacturing inconsistencies start to compound

Sounds like these cars need to be built in Oshawa plant again.

Or someone just needs to actually inspect and reject the unibody as it comes out of the paint process before the car is assembled. Even better... fix the basecoat application process from the start sooner rather than later.

Damn cooley376, sucks to read about things like this. But I have to ask how old are you, and what do you do for a living??? 100's of cars and 30 of them being Camaros??? That is pretty impressive. I am 42 and have had 16 vehicles and thought that was a lot...LOL.

I just turned 35. When I got out of the army at 23 I got a real good manufacturing job. My schedule allowed me plenty of time to open a shop. I did very well back then and was able to collect alot. I got bored easily and rotated my cars alot. There were a few I kept awhile. Wish I still had some of them. Unfortunately at 28 some life events forced the sale of literally everything. I work in EMS now so I can't afford jack. I plan on opening a shop back up but prices in my area are skyrocketing so that may not happen. I miss the days of having a different vehicle to drive every day of the week.
