Hello Becky, my car arrived here at the rail yard just outside of Houston on 2/1 at 9am. I contacted my dealer and they gave me a phone number to GM customer service 800-222-1020 option 4. I have them my order number and they were able to give me love update on where car was at. She said this works best when car is really close to making it. She also said they don't really like the dealer calling and usually works better when customer calls. I called Monday and they said 2 days to dealer. Rail yard so close I figured next day. So I called on 2/2 and they said three days. Then I called 2/3 and they said up to 5 days to dealer... I start to debate whether to call today since they might tell me March... Well I was told it on truck and on way to dealer and could take up to 3 days... Unless there going back to Michigan first it should arrive this evening.

That number maybe useful for people with cars that have been loaded on the train. They needed by order #, and last 8 of VIN to help me out. They create a case number which makes calling back faster.

Ordered 11/30
TPW: 1/11
Built 1/19
Loaded on train 1/26
Arrived in Houston 2/1
Delivery: hopefully today or first thing tomorrow.
