My car is on a train. Already out of mich. I think he said it was in Indiana on the tracks. Expected delivery date is 12/27. Supposed to arrive on 12/23.

Customer Joseph Gallagher says: ty
Agent Andrew says: Upon checking on our system Joseph, it appears that the plant have rebroadcast this order. It means that it will change TPW however there"s no date as of now.
Customer Joseph Gallagher says: can we mark this order hot as the customer is very upset that its not being built
Customer Joseph Gallagher says: are you still there
Agent Andrew says: I apologize, since the vehicle is not yet built, we can"t request to mark it hot yet. ...

Would you check again tomorrow? Do you have access to the options ordered on my car?
