At the event in Orlando I actually talked to the Camaro program manager about that because I also feel the same way... and surprisingly he does too. However the exterior design people wanted to extend the stripes to further distinguish the SS from the LT.

I'm gonna guess that they are vinyl stick on stripes....they can be removed very easily if you don't like the nose pieces...

Yes. That was his suggested solution.

The white car looks sharp. I especially like the blacked out rear panel. Looks a hundred times better like that.

Any pics directly taken behind the black concept would be awesome!

By the way, anybody know what the "Black Interior Spectrum Door Trim Lighting" is?

+1. I have been complaining about the 6th gen's rear since day one, and all of those visual changes in combination give it a much sleeker and cleaner look. I am really glad I can confidently say I was wrong about the SS not getting a dovetail option. Maybe somebody at GM was listening. I'm glad to hear they also confirmed it produces the proper downforce in a wind tunnel. So much better than the stock spoiler!!!!!!

Now I actually am considering trading in my 5th gen for one. I don't have any real complaints. So long as you tick the right boxes on the options, you can get a much nicer looking car.

Looks like two rear tail light options. A "smoked" version and a Black version. Or am I seeing things?

I'm guessing just one version, but I'd love to know this too.

Only one version. The spec sheets have the same part number for all of them.
