change out the dash and door panels from 6th gen to 5th gen would be sweet.

Gadgets or the lack of them are how the Imporrts kicked the Domestics butts early on. Women love gadgets and women buy cars. That said, the seat location and not being able to hang my arm out the window if I wanted are troublesome. The seats in this car look like they were designed by Nasa for the Apollo capsules. Too low and confined for my liking.

Yep, at 6'4', even on the 5th I had to lower the seat to keep head from hitting the roof and then my elbow was above my shoulder on the door/window sill.

Man I want one more 2dr muscle car and the 5 and 6 Camaro with the bunker driving experience is just not working. Just not sure I can bring my self to buy a stang or dodge. Not in love with their engines for sure.

I was kind of hoping for a small lowering of the beltline as well, maybe no more than about an inch, which would have given the car a slightly "lighter" look about it as well.

Imports got their foothold on the basis of better perceived reliability and built from that; "gadgets" were only the icing on the cake.

Somehow I doubt that it's only the women who love gadgets. It's kind of a shame that people want ever more of them even in the most performance-oriented cars.

I love the car. I currently see nothing I would change about the SS which is my only focus. Maybe once I get to molest one it will be different. The car needed a big change and it was in the right direction.
