Then you are just wasting Calif. tax payers money when you blast through the median and the wall and scuff marks on the road need to be fixed.

This isn't morning for me...I'm at work. My morning starts at 4pm

Long story short he pulled me over for exceeding 100mph limit (101) and gave me a ticket with a mandatory appearance in court.
Is there a chance that Judge will allow me to take traffic school to get rid of the points on the license? (even though that going over 100mph adds up 2 points without a possibility to correct violation?)
How should I approach judge in this situation? What should I say? This is the first time I was ever pulled over in the US and I feel very stressed.
Help please.

You sure you're 23? Your statements would leave someone to believe you are much younger. Oh and someone that brags about having had " more sports cars then most old men" comes off as kind've a douche. Just sayin.

Well, he said he's a 23 year old kid. So give him some time to mature.

See like, I am a 22 year old adult

lol. It is pretty important as I would not want my insurance to skyrocket. But I understand your point. My life slogan is:"Shit happens in life, but you have to stand up and keep going no matter what". But it doesn't mean I shouldn't fight a ticket and try to have it softened or reduced.

Envious I assume? lol. No that's not it. We are both in careers of protecting people. We both would go to great lengths to protect people. In both these jobs I have to be willing to put my life in harms way to protect others. So seeing others act stupid and reckless is just stupid. Like that 16 year old who died. What a waste. Why? Because he was being stupid and reckless. He paid for it. What if he would have taken a whole family out?

We are not envious by any means.
