Good evening crew. I got the Cruze recall work done. Talked to a guy about some underhood paint work for Ruby, found me a new shirt to wear tomorrow (with "rubys" on it
 ), did some driving & made some videos, & cleaned Ruby up for tomorrow. It was a pretty good day off. But tomorrow Will be a better day. I get to race!

I got a message from AutoFX saying that I would get a 10% discount if I get the interior work done this month instead of waiting til Christmas.... Santa said he's cool with that, so Ladybug will be going in sometime next week!! I swear, lately she sees the inside of their garage more than mine...

Got the wheels and tires wrapped and ready to ship. Found it interesting. Was quoted by UPS $280 for Ground. $1275 overnight. To ship FedEx was similar. A friend used a company called ShipNex to ship some wheels and the buyer mentioned it as well. Ended up being $135 (+$12 for extra insurance residential pickup/delivery) door to door through ShipNex. How is it being shipped? UPS Ground.  Feeling Good.

IT"S RACE DAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! WOOOOOOOOOO HOOOOOOOOOOO!!!! I bet you guys are glad & ready to stop hearing about it. The day will be chillier than predicted earlier in the week which will make for a less comfortable day for spectators, but a great day for race times. I really hope we have a good turnout but no matter what I plan to have FUN! Here are a couple of short videos I made cruising around town yesterday. One is through the downtown historic district os my hometown Springfield, TN. It shows the area often used in movies & music videos including the Main St business district, court house & the Woodard Hall - the ORIGINAL original home of the Grand Ol' Opry (a little known fact). I wrote & won 2 grants to renovate the interior of Woodard Hall several years ago to create the state's 3rd Child Advocacy Center to help victims of child abuse. One of the things I have done that I am most proud of. Have a great day everyone.

Skyman, I've set the alarm off too.... Meeting up with the PNWCC (including Gary ) to tour the LeMay Auto Museum this morning, then cleaning Ladybug up for tonight's Halloween car show and trunk or treating! I can't wait to see Dragonfly's costume, Gary!! Don't worry, since I failed to put up Friday Fotos, I will make up for it with pics from today's events.
