Who here works out?

Got bored, this popped into my head. Lets here it. Whos been working out how long, reason, your weight and what are your maxes (if you know).

Ill Start:

Well its been 5 years. (since grade 7)
For Football.
Weight: 190-200lbs
Maxes:
Bench:270lb

Squat:580lbs

Hangclean:225lbs

i cant do shit but ima start working out i need to loose about 30 pounds in 2 months and suggestions? i also gota very bad knee errrr

Well best way to lose weight is to run. Grab yourself a pair of nike shox and hit a tredmill.

well doing muscle tolarence would help. Go light weight high reps. Depending on where you want to work out, different exercises.

Do the bike or walk on the treadmill at it's highest incline at 4.2 mph. that works pretty good.

I do a half hour on a tread mill, walk the first 15 and then run

I stopped. I haven't worked out since my junior year in HS. I exploded in fat because i kept eating the same way I did when i played football but stopped working out. It's hard to do anything with my crippled knee especially in the cold.

I started when I was 12...I have massive leg muscles, so I wanted to make my top half match...then I got into football...then joined the military and got disabled

(before I got disabled)
Weight: 198-215
Max Bench: 365lbs
Max Squat: 575lbs
Max Leg Press: 810
Max Curl:150

man...those were the days

squats: eh i used to be able to do about 300 but i tore my ACL and MCL last year and had to have surgery so i can't really put excessive weight on it... which sucks cause i'm a soccer player

Reason:high school soccer and O.D.P.(olympic development program)
