Another Cool Cop

I was going to wash my car this morning, an I was picked going at 90mph in a 65mph HW.
Cool Cop let me go with a warning, after asking me if I were from LA because of the way I was holding my steering wheel

Lucky you! In some states, anything over 20 over the limit your ass would be sitting in jail right now.

Reminds me of the Jerset State Trooper that pulled me over years ago on my Honda CBR 600 F2. Clocked me at 145 MPH in a 55 zone, after leaving the stop light on the back tire only! It was a divided 4-lane county highway, but it was still a dumb idea.

He told me next time I wanted to "blow the carbon off the valves" to take it somewhere else, outside his jurisdiction.

Very Cool!! I was at the tire center yesterday and a cop pulled in just to look and talk about my car. Ask if he could set in it and wanted to see under the hood. When he and I got ready to leave he told one of the employees that we were taking it to the state line to put it on the radar...lol. He told me to leave first so he could see and hear the car from the rear. Very cool cop!!!

Wow. In my 30+ "legal" years of driving, I have NEVER seen/met one of these "cool" cops....

I have been pulled over three times, lights flashing and all, by cops from three different jurisdictions who each told me they weren't issuing me a ticket. They asked if they could look at my car under the hood because it was so cool, and they wanted to know what kind of mods I had. And whether I raced it...

The same thing happened in '05 when I had a modded GTO. Curious bunch, ain't they?

Honestly, I was too busy crapping my pants to notice

But I normally use a 1000-1400 hold, so I guess I was holding that way even when stopped.
