Ordered the 2016 - 18 Camaro Smoked Exterior LED Lighting Kit 2 (Tail Lights,
Side Markers, Reflectors, + Third Brake Light) for my 2017 and just received half my order (missing the brake lights and reflectors). I reached out to the support email because the phone number doesn’t work. I emailed a week ago asking for a shipping update and never heard back.

I’m pretty concerned. Has anyone had experience with N extGenSpeed customer service, or is there any contact info for someone who will actually respond?

Update: They did end up responding and letting me know they forgot to send the rest, and promptly sent the rest. They also sent replacement from marker lights but I'm sad to report they're just as bad as the first set.

All and all I think I got my moneys worth.

Reached out to them 08/2025 for some side skirts and they still haven’t responded. Give them some time they’ll respond one day

If you don't hear back soon, open a dispute with your payment method. That usually gets some attention. Only ever had to do it once, with a different company, but it got them on the line. Document what you ordered, and what you received.

This 100%. You usually have a limited amount of time to do this so if you don’t get an answer soon, you may have to go this route.

I did receive an email reply from someone this morning letting me know they would ship the rest. Honestly surprised. I'll update here once they arrive!
