Who has Eibach Lowering Springs?
I'm considering lowering my 1le and think I want to go with the Eibach 1le/mag ride springs .7in drop.
However, I'd like to hear from those who installed them because in videos on youtube, they always seem to settle in the rear and end up looking lower in the back vs the front? So who has had them on for awhile? Has the rear settled too much? Any photos? Thanks! |

I've had those springs on my 2SS Camaro with MagRide for about two years. The car is level and looks the way it should. You'll need to get a four-wheel alignment after about 500 miles. If you don't get an alignment, you'll probably destroy your tires. You won't notice the rear tires not being aligned, but it happens.
I don't have any current pictures of the car, but give me a few weeks, and I'll post some. The car is currently on blocks in preparation for a new nine-inch differential. PM me if you want to bug/remind me.

FRONT
REAR I had a few minutes to take two single wheel pictures. In a few weeks, I can get you a whole car side picture.

I have them and have been tracking on them for 2 years on my 1LE. They don't "sag" - that sounds like an installation issue or that person installed the non-MRC springs which have struts slightly different. That person likely wanted the 1.1" drop (which are for regular SS without MRC) so the rear ends up being 0.25" lower than the fronts. The Eibach springs for the 1LE maintain the same rake as OEM.
