Favorite drive mode for daily driving?

Curious what everyone's favorite drive mode is for just driving to work and back through town?
I have been trying each mode and can not decide which i like best, sport mode seems to be touchy on the throttle sometimes, track mode is ok but probably not necessary, i may go back to using touring for daily commuting.
it is always easy to change back and forth on modes.
i have my suspension set to always stay on touring and my exhaust set to always stay on track and my steering set to always sport.
so it is just changing the throttle and shifting i think when changing modes.

Track is my go to because of how linear the throttle response is. Tour and Sport has the same initial high throttle position, which can get handy in traffic.

Depends on how I feel in rush hour traffic I am in tour mode and if its not rush hour could be sport or tour and curvy roads I love it in sport mode.

Drive mode/throttle in sport
Suspension = tour
Steering = normal
Exhaust = track

If it’s not winter I hold down traction control for 5+ seconds to turn everything off.

Sport most of the time, daily commute, run to the store, etc.

Track sometimes when I want to change from the positive exponential throttle curve of Sport to the linear throttle curve of Track or just to hold the exhaust valves open longer, or tighten the steering because that's what I'm feeling at the moment. This one is nice for highway driving where there's frequent hills and long, gentle turns. It's also nice in the rain to reduce the chance of accidental wheel spin.

Snow/ice for the rare occasion I have to drive on slippery surfaces. This mode implements a negative exponential throttle curve. I've tried it a couple of times in those conditions and it works great. This makes it harder to spin the rear wheels in conditions where you do not want to.

Touring, I don't really use this mode unless I want to quiet the exhaust for some reason like cops giving me the stink eye, etc.

Note: My car does not have MRC so the suspension is static in all modes.

is it true that if you are in track mode the engine will run on 8 cylinders all the time? was just browsing facebook and came across a post about cylinder deactivation. googled it and that is what google says.

I use Tour mode with track steering and automatically selected exhaust based on mode, but I have the exhaust set to work in the modes I want it to.

Tour- valves open at idle, close on take off and then open again at 3500 RPM+

Sport- valves open at idle and open at general cruising but close at 8th gear+ for quiet operation during the freeway

Track- valves open under all conditions

Snow/ Ice- valves closed at all times

I have always driven in Sport mode. The touchy throttle tip-in has really bothered me - I even installed a Soler throttle controller. While the controller helps a bit, it's still not how I'd like it. I never thought of it being related to a driving mode. I've actually been using Track mode over the last 2 or 3 days, although my fuel consumption seems to go up in Track mode.

Oh, great idea! I don't always care for the stiff steering on the interstate, but changing the steering to Sport would fix that. I'm going to try that.

Not sure I've ever heard that, and not sure I've ever tried it. I'll try to remember to try it when I leave work in about 30 minutes. I'll have to unplug my AFM disabler.

I use Tour when my wife is in the car, for the most part, mainly for her comfort.
