Went for a drive yesterday. Grabbed some lunch, got in the car, started it up. Noticed this guy walking towards me.

I roll down my window, ask what's up.

"This is this a 1LE?" He asked.

Turns out he's looking at buying a 2024 SS 1LE, and asked me all sorts of questions about it. We talked for like an hour about cars and Camaros. Might have a cruising buddy soon, good start to the season

Just got her back on Friday from having the heads and cam package installed. I went ahead and purchased the GPI red valve covers along with the coil relocation kit. I love the look. Now I just have to paint the LT2 intake cover to match.

Which cam/heads did you go with? What kind of numbers does it produce now?

Everything is in my signature. I went with the GPI SS2 Cam and their ported heads. She sounds very aggressive. My tuner did a street tune before I picked her. Looking to put her on the dyno sometime in the next few weeks.

Cool

Well I got a little closer to wrapping up this gorgeous white ZLE today... finished the cooling system for the supercharger with all the new hoses in 19mm throughout, so there are no more 16mm to 19mm and back again changes. Just one more day until this car hits our dyno... I cannot wait to see the POWAH!!!

I placed the leading competitor to our SCHX sold by most shops in front and then the stock one for a giggle... LOL!! The OEM SCHX holds 140z of coolant!!! WTF, I drink beers that come with more volume than that!!! If you are into road racing or wanting to keep your MATs cool... there's no comparison!

LMK what you think!

Perhaps I should look at these posts with my good eye in the future. Totally missed your signature! Certainly post up your dyno results when you have them. I'm curious how much you are trading off low speed torque for top end charge with this combo.

Thanks Ray. Still a little tweaking to be done, but I'll definitely post the numbers once I get squared away.

Got another set of wheels. These ZLE knock offs have the all season Contis, and my 1LE set is now loaded up with some fresh OEM super cars for track weekends.

Thanks! Hell yeah, GM hit the mark on these and the 1LE wheels. Factory Reproductions does a great job with them. The color match is perfect, and there were no issues with them at all when installing.

Yes, they're ZL1 spec, and same as the 1LEs as well. 20x10 front and 20x11 on the back.

This right here. ZL1 base rims are 20's and ZLE wheels are 19's.
