Question Went Boosted-Need Fueling (HELP)

Hello all, this if my first post here so please bare with me..

I currently have a Mild Comp 416 meant for boost thats in my 6th gen. On top of this it also has a f1a94 procharger and some extra goodies involved to get it all going (Im hating belt slip). This is currently sitting at 15 psi on a 4.5 upper pulley and im out of fueling on 91 (all LT4 Fuel system). I am wanting recommendations for what twin or triple fuel pump setup to use. The DSX one will not work with my car because of RPO codes. Id love to switch back to E85 and pulley down to go along with all this. 2 fuel pumps I currently have in mind is the snow performance triple pump and aeromotive triple pump. Please give your setups/recommendations/advice, and really anything that is helpful. Thank you!

EDIT: I do plan on going with a DSX atlas Port Injection controller!!!

If you’re into quarter mile or roll racing, the Fore Triple is very solid and will future-proof your low side fueling. I’ve been running it since 2021 and my only regret was not doing it sooner. It’s a pretty hard core setup so if you’re going to stay under 900 +/- WHP or if you track/road course the car the I’d go with the Katech dual in-tank setup since it has the factory fuel bucket.

91 is trash, I’m assuming you’re running almost no timing which is killing power. If you need to run that gas then I’d be adding Boostane. But you’re definitely on the right track going for E85. Even a blend like E50 would gain you a ton of power.

Port injection requires even more low side headroom because you are now supplying 16 fuel injectors. That combined with more fuel line equals needing more fuel volume. Best would be to do the Fore Triple because even a dual drop in solution likely won't be enough for full E85 if you plan on maxing the F1a94 out. Or blend to E50-60 and that will probably be fine with an Aux pump or Dual tank setup.

Good point about the F1A94. That blower can hustle for sure.

I agree with KING, I would budget for a Fore Triple and Atlas for miles of headroom... that is unless your on a tight budget, and you power goals are 1k and less rwhp... then a dual drop in and port should be good... sending you a PM now.

What are you running for a pulley combo? Griptec? Not sure if Prochargers can run a 10-rib setup or not.

I got the race kit, f1a94 with 8.25 lower and 4.50 upper, 10 rib! It’s not slipping till 7k RPM. It’ll do it every other pull which is a lil weird. I just noticed while trying to tune WOT under load. Can’t complain for 15 psi in 5k DA and maxing the fuel system

Yeah that’s a full 30-40% less aggressive of a pulley combo than us Whipple/Maggie guys run, so I’m surprised it’s slipping. Is your blower pulley griptec?

No it’s just the Procharger brand, I’ve had issues with it slipping and I honestly can not figure it out. That tensioner is about as low as I can go and I’ve even swapped belts. It seemed to like the black gates belt a little more. I’m going to do a griptec upper when I get the fuel system so it’s all done at once

Griptec blower pulley is an absolute must have with any reasonably aggressive pulley combo. Drew at ZPE is a good guy, he’ll get you fixed up.
