Do you have a link to the Bump Stop Spacers? I couldn't find it on their website.

June 13 swapped brake fluid. The RBF-700 degraded too fast for a car that just sits. Swapped to the 600 to hopefully get a little longer life out of it.
June 14, ran again with the Porsche Club. Need to work on the front end of the suspension.

Started with the front rear lower control arms. Purchased BMR solid bearings and a bearing press.
Since the car has almost 161,000 miles figured it would be best to just purchase new control arms for the bearings. Install was easy. Getting an alignment Friday morning for the front end only and having the camber dialed out to -2.5. Will drive it after and see what benefits it offers. Ordered the front forward control arm bearings but they won’t be in until next week. Will install, check alignment and test drive from there. See what events are running around August.

Spent Sunday with the Porsche Club Again. The BMR front lower rear control arms bearings made a huge difference. I'm just waiting for the front lower forward control arm bearings to come out of backorder. Emailed BMR about them but was not given an estimate ship date. Those should help in the corners even more.

The BMR front LCA and radius rod heim joints piqued my interest. Any noticeable NVH increase with the LCA joint? Any improvement in steering feel?
Looking forward to reading your thoughts on the radius rod joint once you get it installed. I'm guessing you'll get less brake dive in the front. |

The front rear low control arm already offered significant benefit. Steering response is solid and the car is more controlled in turns. Seemed to bounce back from road imperfections faster, giving more confidence in aggressive turn scenarios. For comparison, ran faster than all 5 Miata’s and ran almost the same time as my buddy’s mini cooper that he’s put tens of thousands of dollars in. Was only 3 seconds slower than another buddy who runs in the Optima Ultimate Street Car events who again had tens of thousands invested.
I like BMR, but their new front setup does away with the brake deflectors and I’ve had bad luck with their heim joints wearing prematurely. I’d also rather have a solid single piece than a three piece. Just my opinion. Can’t wait to get the other bearings

Found time to install the BMR front forward lower control arm bearings. Install was going easy until I encountered a seized control arm joint. After several hours of different methods finally got it out.
Haven’t driven yet but have an alignment set up for tomorrow..

Ran Sunday with the BMW club to test the new front end suspension. Was able to run in the top ten overall (58 cars). Thinking now I need dedicated autocross tires.
