Can you run full E85 with port injection and supporting mods?

I currently have a 23 A10 Camaro SS with 2 inch Long Tube Headers, Ported Heads, E85 and a stage 2 Cam. If I add the LT4 Supercharger and Port Injection fueling, will I be able to Run Full E85? Id also be adding the auxiliary low side fueling to the lt1 lowside along with port injection.

I run 10-11psi on a completely stock LT1 engine with E60 fuel and its held up since 2019. Granted I have only put 12k miles on it but she sees boost every time I get it out. It's my smile per gallon ride.

I've been running my setup for a while now and have no issues. Like KingLT1 said plenty of smiles per miles. I dive for the fun of it so a hit every now and then won't hurt it.

I've been running up to 78% E with the JMS PowerMax Fuel booster. But LT4 fuel system. Maybe you just need the LT4 HPFP
