Thanks guys. What's crazy is that the 4cyl when modded is only slightly slower than the new Lt1 v8 and gets waaay better mileage. I guess my reasoning for the new car is that I can only go up from 455hp and I'm topped at 340 with the old car unless I build the motor. In hindsight, I prob should have just got another 4 cyl.

It was probably the hot tune I had in it which resulted in a cracked piston skirt. It was in the process of being tuned and it had a bad stumble during acceleration we were working on and I'm assuming that's what did it.
