Torque value??

Planning to reinstall my BMR front end links this weekend. Took them off a few years ago since they were a little too aggressive (switched to FE3 end links) but now I want something a little firmer again.

For the life of me can't find the torque value for the end links piece bolt that connects to the strut (circled on red). Bottom bolt that connects to sway bar is 35 ft/lb.

BMR suggested 35 ft/lb at top but that seems a little low. Stock numbers i found are 74 ft/lb. Other forums such as mustang recommended 85 ft/lb.

Don't really want to overtightened or under tightened and hopefully break no bolts. Any clue?
