I’ve seen some reports of finding some papers under the rear seats but not build sheets. If you want the build sheet you can try emailing the GM heritage center with a nice request with your vin and they may respond with it

In my experience, build sheets will be in the door panel pocket, laying on the dash or laying in the floor. A lot of times they get thrown away by the dealer or get lost while in transit. They don't stuff them under the seats.
