Rear Fascia Gap TSB for 2022

I have been searching but cannot find the TSB for the rear fascia gap that lists 2022 model year. I showed the service advisor one but he said it was only 2017-2021. The dealer ordered the side brackets but I think the crash bar should be adjusted. https://search.app/Zm2M6MD5oczb3K1RA

Ultimate problem is chevy won't pay them to do it on a 22. My 23 is the same way. Someone pulled the taillights IIRC and zip tied some of it together, what he did was def not in that TSB you shared.

The ziptie fix is only ideal for the 2016-2018 rear bumper (I fixed these heat gaps on mine with zipties back in 2018 and it's been solid since then).

Even those pre-refresh bumpers require some care, because if the ends are set in place too tight, the center section of the bumper will try to bulge up instead and the only thing holding it down is a plastic insert with a ridiculously flimsy plastic weld, which can fail if it sees too much force (from heat expansion).

I guess the idea behind engineering it this way was that temporary side gaps are only esthetic, whereas the center section cannot be allowed to fail, because then the trunk lid hits the bumper and mars or erases the paint in one the middle.

From what I read here, the 2019+ one has a different taiilight cavity and bumper shape, making zipties much less suitable. Can't personally verify it, though. Crash bar adjustment is an option, but having had the bumper off the car and inspected the area, it's a doubtful fix IMO.
