Cam Kit Build - LMP
Hey fellas,
Looking to put a cam part build together over the winter. I really like this kit from LMP. Curious on other's thoughts of it? I would opt for a better fuel lobe than 32%. And I wouldn’t run LS7 lifters.

I ordered from GPI and waited until black friday (20% off one of those kits is substantial) and you order more a la carte from them. Wish I'd done the ls3 phaser gear and c5r timing chain, but just didn't know at the time. That looks like a nice kit, I'd just call them and make changes as you see fit.

cammotion may make theirs also, but i cannot remember for sure...it was a legit company though. they are so much fun and everyone loves that old school sound, good luck in whatever you choose!

In the past, I did a lot of research on CAM packages/builds and DI upgrades. This was prior to what I ended up doing which was the new drop in Katech Dual fuel pump, new fuel lines and THPSI Port Injection. I originally narrowed my selection down to either the Katech Street Attack (38% Lobe) or the Brian Tooley Stage 2 LT4 (38% Lobe). I'm considering this level of build again for the fall, but will be going with the Katech Street Attack 38% and Johnson Lifters.

I think I've settled on Cammotion cam. Spoke with them on phone today and know a few ppl running their cams. They offer Johnson lifters, trunion kits etc. Pretty much an a la carte package of what you want from them with a custom cam
