You can remove the holder on the right if it’s an eyesore unless a sound tube is something you would like to install, and once you put your new intake on, that what looks like a fill plug on the intake elbow will disappear!

Ya those are sound tube related and certain models applicable it maybe that for 24 they ran out and just capped it.

Just double check your firewall and make sure they put a plug in to delete that hose, with electric vehicles on their mind who knows what the hell they forgot to do.
