1le is less common and looks wicked. For a fun car I am sure you will love it!

I agree that a non-1LE car makes way more sense if you aren't going to the track. You will get more practical tires and suspension, and a car that is plenty fast enough to scare you. But do consider at least airing it out at the drag strip. It doesn't require a big monetary commitment but will let you experience the car's capability in a safe environment.
As for color, I would not buy a car in a color that doesn't please you. Thinking back on all the cars I have owned, color is surprisingly significant in how I remember experiencing them. |

I spent a few hours on the road going to look at and test drive a white 2023 coupe with a little over 7000 miles. I like the car and the price is decent. I'm still checking of a couple others. Last night I found out about a Rapid Blue 2023 that is about 2 hours from me. I'm hoping the owner has time for me to look at it later today. I have spoke with a dealer about a Riverside Blue one that I really like but it is on the west coast and I'm on the east coast. $3000 enclosed delivery. The search continues.

Plenty of people might SAY they want to daily a racecar, but very few can handle it. I've had passengers get nauseated on long trips. Illinois roads do suck pretty bad tho!

This won't be a daily driver. A may put 3-4000 miles a year on the car.
I like the Rapid Blue but my favorite color is the Riverside Blue |

I have a white ZL1 and I like many of the blues better but am definitely okay with white. I wasn’t aware the SS1LE and the ZL1 had all the same suspension. That’s pretty stout for a SS1LE but makes sense in all reality. All great cars

I am going to look at the rapid Blue ZL1 this weekend. I am hoping to buy it.
I put ads on a couple of the ZL1 Facebook groups saying I was looking for a 2023 and may consider a 2022. I got offered a couple 2023s at above current market value and several other cars from 2016 through 2021. The current market seems to be dropping a little right now. There are quite a few 2023s with less than 8-10k miles that are priced at high $60s to low $70s but most of them are too far away. The white one with 7000 miles I checked out this past weekend is listed for $68k. It has a sunroof, PDR and navigation. It is a great looking car but white is not one of my first choices. I am still concidering it. |
