From pic in post 1 looks like it might go under the B+ cable on term #2. Looks like there's a terminal there with the tab in the same location on the right corner. Can't really tell for sure. Maybe someone can take a better pic. I don't have my Camaro with me today.

My Camaro arrived last night. This cable was disconnected. I do not know why. I put it on pin 2 to start the engine from the starter. I know that in the USA, at the port, they started the engine and drove into the hall.
If someone can look in their Camaro where this cable is connected, I will be grateful. It's easy. I have one cable for pins 1, 2, 3 and 6. Please look at which pin you have 2 cables screwed to. This black, thick cable with conduit |

Now look at the various attachment points on the fuse block and notice each one has a small notch on it with the small notch position varies with each attachment point. The black cable would then be made to fit only one of the attachment points. |

This is what I got, there is a cable under the red positive but it’s wrapped in black tape. The rest of the terminals are all single or empty.

The dealership changed mine for $700.00 parts and labor on my 2015 truck about a year ago. The trucks have a similar set of "fuses."

Based on the tab at the top of the connector (all the way on the right side) and using the OPs pictures, it sure looks like #6 to me, perhaps route the wire below the other ones?
