Should I just go with Bullet cats?

I've finally gotten to this point, time to weld up the exhaust. But in trying to keep the 2nd cats, it appears the Rightside cat is too close to the lines (1/4" off the heatshield). So I turned the cat around, and I gain about 3/4 inch. On the same note, the transmission mount looks too close also in both scenarios. So I'm thinking I might need to go aftermarket. Opines?
