Help with whistle noise

Hey folks,

I was emptying out my mm wild catch can and could help but notice a whistle like sound coming from the driver side of the engine bay. It sounds like a whistle. Car was turned or anything. Sound like a pump priming but it happens for like 1 second and then disappears and happens again after a little bit of time. This is when the car isn’t turned on. Anyone have this sound before and know what it is?
