Mighty Mouse catch can
I have a Mighty Mouse “wild”catch can that came off my zl1 1le. It came on the car when I bought it, but decided to take it off as this version is not recommended for track use. I am pretty sure this has everything you need except the hoses, which are cheap. 150 plus shipping.

All you needed was a track cap with drip hose to run that can

According to Mighty Mouse, I needed that cap the smaller lines and connectors.. at that point I figured I would just run the car how it was designed. One less thing I have to worry about draining too. The setup has been sold.
