Greg’s porting does do a lot for the Eddie. Still a really good blower that can make great power, see JSH’s signature for details.

That said, I think the Maggie and Whipple 3.0 are better… guess we’ll find out! <zips up flame suit>

The Magnuson 2650 is more capable than the Eddie 2650. Kongs 2650 is just a ported Edddie. I have had a hand in tuning both blowers on 1000hp + setups and see all the data that proves the Magnuson is coasting where the Eddie is starting to work hard.

The Magnuson will make peak cylinder airmass up high in the rpm where the Eddie peaks on the hit and starts to taper similar to a LT4 blower. For 1000whp build they both are pretty close. pushing 1100+ is where you will see the Magnuson start to show its advantage. For anything under 1000, it doesn't make any difference which way you go.

Thanks. This is much more helpful than "muh use the search bar." My tuner agrees + cooling efficiency of mag far exceeds edelbrock.

He sold his ZL1 following yet another heated exchange with Justin over Eddie v. Maggie. I do not know if that disagreement contributed to his selling it.

Only reason I know this is from a classified where he's selling a set of 1LE wheels:

"I bought a extra set of wheels and tires for my Z. I sold it 3 weeks ago. Instead of selling the wheels I put on the wife's car and sold her sets so she would have new dependable setup. I let he put the break in miles on my c8 and now she wants mine and I'm getting me another one. Instead of trading car with a 3000 plus setup I want to sell out right."

So, sounds like he sold the ZL1 for a C8, then his wife stole it from him, so now he's picking up another C8.

Meh....not impressed, if it was a ZO6 than it would mean something.....standard C8s (in socal anyways) are becoming a dime a dozen these days....guy was still a bit of a prick.
