Looks like you have the same floor that I do. How do you like it? I got mine done last year and if I had to do it over again, I wouldn't do it. I like that the concrete is sealed, but I do not like the busy pattern on the floor. You drop anything smaller on that floor and it's lost in the pattern. If I ever did it again, I'd simply find something that was one solid color.

I love this epoxy floor! Has a lifetime warranty too. I find it does a good job of hiding a reasonable amount of dirt. I had a plain grey epoxy floor at my last house and you could see every speck of dirt on it. It was impossible to keep looking good. Every after sweeping you’d see fine dust lines from the broom.

I'll post in this thread once my garage is done. Seeing the quality of garages posted about so far, it just isn't up to par in its current half baked state

I'm so mad I didn't epoxy my garage floor before we moved in, but after moving to CA from IL and my company getting sold literally when my stuff was 1/2 across the country in a moving truck, I wasn't too excited about spending an extra penny on a house that I might not be in for very long... (I owned 2 houses at the time, one in IL and a new one in CA (which cost 2X what my house in IL was worth))... In hindsight, I wish I did, but I'll make sure my retirement house (in TN, NC, KY, TX, OK, or N GA) will have a great garage in a few year... My current 3 car garage isn't terrible, but I'd love a nice clean epoxy floor and some great cabinets, a TV and a Kegerator... 5-6 years... Counting the days...

Mine is not epoxy, it is a polyurea coating. It's lifetime warranty. I like everything about it except the pattern. I've dropped things while working on the vehicles and things are next to impossible to find. I now put down big sheets of carboard. Does the trick. I do get that a solid color would show the dirt more. All though mine is a mess now from snow/salt melting off the vehicles. Winter... Got to love it...NOT...

The floor is something you definitely want to do before moving in! Thankfully our garage is detached, because the smell from the new floor was insane! It took a few weeks to finally dissipate with me leaving the big garage doors open on nice days…. If you have an attached garage, you may want to look at race deck or tiles instead.

LOL, my garage is the parking lot of my apartment complex to which I am possibly gonna add a GT500 very soon. If I bought a house I would want a driveway and a 2 car garage. But as things are with my career, I'm not grounded anywhere enough to justify buying a house. I'm not even sure which state I want to buy a house in...but I am thinking about Maryland.
