I tried checking in with Chevy Support Chat today... and their boilerplate responses are much less informative and more confusing than yours... all of which made me even more appreciative of the service you provide to all of us on this forum. Thank you so much! Would please be so kind as to check ZXMT89 for me? I'm really hoping that it was built today after slipping from its TPW of last week. I would love to hear it is at 3800 status with a VIN assigned. Thank you

If it's still 3800, why would it remain at that status a week later and not move to 4000 to be available to ship?
