oddly enough - i just logged into my account online and got this message from the diagnostic section. sounds like its related to the throttle body??
i'll have to check if its loose or something. maybe i'll swap to the OEM one and see what happens.. any thoughts...? |

I only know enough to be dangerous here, but with that message it looks to me like you may have more rodent damage to the wiring harness than just the two sections you mentioned. That code relates to the throttle position sensor, so I would look at the wiring harness from the gas pedal forward. It certainly could be related to the throttle body and I would also follow the earlier advice to switch the original throttle body back in and see if any of the codes clear. Good luck getting this resolved, I hate having a broken hotrod during the summer.

got the car back form the dealer. light went off on its own - they could not turn it off until the "issue" got fixed. car feels and drives just fine. im gonna have them start with replacing those harnesses then diving deep to find out what this issue is. it is what it is...

Update: in addition to the electrical issue, valve cover hose got lose and oil started coming out. I randomly started the car after a week of not driving and engine started smoking. Opened the hood and there was a bit of oil leak on the right side of the engine.
dealer checked it out: found a loose seal / broken hose on coming out of the valve cover. Took care of that. Surprisingly, the CODE from the check engine light earlier is now "cleared". all fixed under warranty thankfully dealer suggested i drive it and see what happens. Technician believes it was from "slush" left over in the tank - possibly from have low fuel level (under a quarter) * Electrical * 3 harnesses were chewed, one of them was completely gone. they have to remove the front bumper and see where it went. definitely bad news: but they seem to know what they're doing. hopefully, it wont be anything terrible. if anyone has any issues related to electrical i suggest you call your insurance immediately and file a comprehensive claim the cost to inspect electrical stuff is very high!!! more than $1,000 so far |
