Help near Baltimore

I've recently installed a Borla axle-back NPP system. The passenger side half of it is constantly dropping about 1.5mm from its installed position after driving for 10 miles or so. Doesn't sound like much, but as the oversized tips sit way closer to the rear fascia it is painfully obvious to me. Clamp bolts not being tight enough/too tight is not the issue.

My question is: is anyone local to the Baltimore, MD area that can recommend a shop that you trust, or have a TIG welder to use/rent for an hour?
