Best alcohol injection

What is the Best alcohol injection? I know I will need a tune to get the maximum performance but is it necessary to have it tuned? And how much HP can I gain with no tune verse with a tune. (2018 camaro SS 6speed, D1 Procharger)

I used Alky Control on my 4th gen, not planning on running meth on this car.

I have the AEM with 1-1000cc nozzle but have run 2 nozzles in the past. Yes you need a tune.

Yep you need a tune. It will run rich if you don't. Meth has to be treated like additional fueling for it to work or your engine runs rich. DI motors don't like to run rich...so it's not like port injected stuff where you could use it for cooling only and run a little richer. The fuel system will need leaned out some. There is a fine line there...For a rough example, I know some will tune for .85 lambda on fuel system, then spray meth to get it back into the .82 range. This way if the meth fails it goes a little lean but doesn't nuke the engine.

I have been using alky control with devils own screw in nozzles on my last two turbo setups. Never had an issue. The amount of power it makes is not clear to me. I never added meth and only meth. My tuner adjusts the whole tune when using meth and I have always added boost when adding meth.

Can anyone recommand the location of nozzles for the spraying equally to each cylinders? I am planning to put 4~6 nozzles for it.

Devilsown has a kit you can use and a couple guys with 2650 Maggies are spraying into the intercoolers thru the lid instead of the elbow. Mine are still in the elbow but I'm changing mine also to the lid. Gen6mike is using the same pump that comes with the Meth kits and it looks cool running into the lid.
