D1sc is still the best street centrifugal blower for 600-800 rwhp. Makes the most midrange and still has more up top than the p1x. The x blowers are more suited for the coyote's with the extended rev range they have.

I believe it's a little lighter...I would still opt for the D1sc if you plan on upping the power down the road. It future proofs you a little better imo.

Or just buy the ECS kit, which comes with all the good parts standard. Only two options to consider, a 1200cfm blower vs a 1750cfm blower and do you want satin or black finish.
Bigger I/C than the Stage 2 PC, comes with a belt setup that has more belt wrap & grip with a standard width belt, comes standard with a good BOV, doesn't require changing the lower pulley or using an adapter on the factory crank pulley. |

Is this the Stage 2 intercooler recomended? The options are standard 750 IC or Race 1200 HP.

I would recommend the stage 2 intercooled kit, P1X blower, ATI balancer and the 8 rib set up. This will give you some room to grow but will also handle any further mods.

Why P1X? everyone is leaning towards the D1SC at least to have room to grow in the furure. What is the advantage of the P1X over the D1SC? if its a little less down low it might not be a bad thing since I have a manual tranny. Thanks

Totally agree with you, most likely thats the one. same benefits as the P1X but way more room to play and grow. Thanks man.
