Typically staggered setups are derated to 1/2 treadlife, FWIW.

I have the PS4S and they are a good street tire, not impressive traction though. My suggestion would be to get a spare set of wheels, use some PS4S for putting around on the street, and keep a set of SC3s for your track days.

Not so much derated, they may still last that long, just the 30k warranty is cut in half because of not rotating them.

Good to know because I got 17,500 approx Km’s from the GS3’s.

And if it matters to some people, the SC3's are a bit wider for the same OEM sizes.

The purchase I would make would be PZero. iI’s a full depth tread unlike the Goodyear’s. The PZero is a bit more money but not much at all. The PZero will move around under the car a bit more at full tread depth than the Goodyear’s.

If tire life for a track day even were my priority it would be the PZero. I just don’t see Michelins street tires fairing well on hot laps. The MSC2 now that’s a different sory!
So you're saying the PZero will outlast the Goodyears on the track with similar performance on the street? Are they better track tires or just comparable?

The GY’s have good traction and are about $1100 a set. I think that’s a win.

The stock Goodyears do seem like a great tire....Until you get caught on the freeway during a rain storm.

THAT is an amazing deal. I remember back when I had my C5 Z06, replacements tires for that was like $1500.

The deal you get for the SC3 tires is AMAZING when you consider their category, width, and how good they perform.

Nope, not kidding. Most people say GY, so this is the first place I have seen someone say SC3. Maybe GYS3 since supercar is one word.
