Turtle Wax makes some fantastic spray adhesive remover. I prefer it to the oiliness of Goo Gone. Very simply to use. I sprayed it around a dealer decal and the whole thing lifted right off. I was shocked by how well it worked. I was thinking I’d have to go to the hair dryer and floss method but nope. It came right off with ease and a microfiber cloth.

I live in Deerfield Beach and have inquired about any local clubs/events. None in Broward that I've heard of but there might be something up in West Palm.

Congrats on the new ride. The color just pops... I'm also a recent SS 1LE owner and im in Broward as well.
As for meets there is supercars Saturday once a month at the Lamborghini dealer off of 75 but unless your are in a euro trash car you are sent to the back with the other sub par cars rofl...
When I go in my GTS I get a spot up front in my vette its the back of the lot.
Enjoy and hope to see ya round...

Beautiful car! But you already knew that.

There are sections in Camaro6 that allow members to post stuff going on in their areas. Not always that easy to find. Here's the link to the SoFlo pages.

List of a good portion of the Camaro clubs in Florida..

Mid Florida Camaro Club

http://www.midfloridacamaroclub.com/

And sometimes it pays to create your own club... I was the one of the original co-founders of Indy 5th Gen, which later became Indy Nexgen here in Indiana...

I tend to usually buy Black, black or black.
This blue does photograph strangely, because I wasn't sure about it when looking online, but when I first saw it in person I was immediately in love.
It is stunning in this Riverside Blue. It fits the character of the car, and gives it a Hot Wheels feel. I originally looked at a leftover Hot Wheels in Crush which is currently on the showroom floor at a dealer in Fort Lauderdale, it is gorgeous. But I determined that the color was too loud and would garner too much attention from troopers...
Sadly, although the color is perfect for tropical Florida, and totally me, I started checking out all the new colors. The new blue translates very colbalt blue in pics, but is not really. Then I was lucky enough to find one in Hialeah that had been ordered with the exhaust, sunroof, Black wheels!!!, and navigation!!!

after some strong haggling I am now super excited. I thought I would be so sad and missing my last car but so far that's not the case!

I finally found the 19 I wanted and after lots of haggling picked it up last night. Riverside Blue! Pictures coming. The dealer didn't do the prep right and they didn't mount the rear license plate at all. So they have to actually drill holes in the car to mount the plate??? Why does it come like that from factory?

I have License plate in rear window and luckily didn't get pulled over yet.

Also, if they won't do it, how do I remove the dealer's decal on the rear?

Very fun this morning, I was surrounded by Camaro's and chatted with a guy in a yellow one at a light.

So far the 2SS is already the most amazing ride I have ever owned....

I am in Broward/Dade county in South Florida.
SO EXCITED!!!
Congrats! All that stuff. 3M or velcro works wonders for plates

Just have the dealer do the proper prep - make sure you have the tow hook and gas funnel in the trunk.

Enjoy, and sorry about the clown from Michigan. We are in San Francisco so hubby pics are OK (any port in a storm - that's a navy term).

LOL just kidding please no hubby pics. Just being PC as Gavin the Governator is watching....

Turtle wax makes a sticker remover spray you'll need that. But first get a heat gun to peel the stickers off them use the spray on the remaining glue.

Awesome. Congrats fellow SoFlo peep. Makes me even more itchy to pull the trigger. Been lurking and doing some research on the ZL1 for quite some time. Only thing holding me back right now is my 2017 Chevy SS 6-spd I'm trying to sell. But hopefully in time everything will work out the way it should. Enjoy!
