It's definitely still plastic, so I wouldn't expect it to be much tougher than the previous one... I did a track weekend a few days after installing this one and have only driven it about 10 miles or so since then and thankfully I haven't hit anything to test out it's durability lol

Thanks for the quick response, just that these 6th gen 1LE front splitter are so weak compared to the 5th gen 1LE front splitter. It would have been nice if Chevy would have used the same material

Agreed, but if they are brittle that more people that have to buy replacements when they break haha smart (but dick move) on Chevy's part haha though I'm sure it's a cost thing that dictates the materiel.

And as for the other guys DEFINITELY wait for the color you want the sharp angles on this thing make it a bitch to wrap. I'm honestly considering selling mine (mosaic black) and getting a Satin one cuz I know the wrap won't last, but that's what I get for being the genie pig haha

hey you did everyone a favor on this one, you will get plenty of kudos for this one. in fact i was in the market for a splitter and found this thread and made my decision to wait for this one in satin black lol sorry man..

hey guys i was about to order the splitter but i notice they also have the rockers .. do you guys know if it will fit 16-18 or just the 19s?..
