lol through the tears pal, it helps. In honor of Chevy's "real people", lets quote some reactions to it:
But hey, different strokes for different folks |

I could remind you that those "Gen5 guys" beat us by many numbers, and to top it off they have what to do with it, both pre-refresh Gen5 and its refresh have sold more than the Gen6 ... despite being more obsolete.

I can assure you there are no tears on my part. What the “internet” likes or dislikes has zero effect on what I think. It's like YouTube comments.....do they really count as the word of society....I sure hope not

Dark lights are now standard for the top trims Extractor is more functional 10L80 instead of 8L90 Con: The front is officially ugly from every angle Extractor still looks like a Pepboys add-on cut into a hood that wasn't meant for it Not the same 10-speed from the ZL1 (10L90), it is the same as the troublesome Ford 10R80 (GM 10L80) |

Your location doesn't sound like it is close to Grapevine, but Classic Chevy has a few more slated for delivery this week. Check your location dealer websites and look for the really low VIN's already published for 2019 Camaro listings. Those should be in route to dealer already. Give them a call and go see one for yourself. Riverside Blue definitely has a purple glint to it compared to Hyper Blue. I don't like that either, but maybe some people are looking for that. I really wish they hadn't removed Nightfall Gray, because a dark gray was probably the only color I could see this not looking bad in. The Satin Steel is too light and should've been a replacement for Silver Ice. Shadow Gray has visible blue in it and is a departure from the great true grays GM has put on the Corvette and Camaro recently. And I agree with others that one of the new colors should've been a dark forest/hunter/military flavor of green. The entire color wheel for the 2019 should've been the darkest hues possible so the front end didn't stick out like a low trim Charger. |

Still not a fan of it. When this rolls up slowly even at its best possible angle, I don't get chills down my back like I have for Camaros past.
It sounds almost identical to my 2011 with a Borla Atak installed, which is their loudest exhaust. That is very very impressive for a stock sound. I haven't heard any clips of a pre-refresh 6th gen that had that engine note, even in sport mode, so maybe you're right.

I'll take the 2019 LED headlights, the rest they can keep.

Happens every time a refresh comes out. I went through it on the mustang forums refresh and lucky me! I get to go through this crap again here!
In 6 months to a year, the old car will look like.....well.....an old car! |
