95mm vs 95mm ported

Is there a huge difference between the 95mm tb and a ported one? I currently have a PP ported stock on a G1pro ltx sheetmetal intake. I'm planning on eventually going procharged. Should I just stick with the non ported 95?

I don't think you will see a difference with a ported 95 over a standard 95. Not without a real demand for the airflow. (RPM, Heads/cam, etc...)

I concur that a ported 95mm VS non-ported 95mm on a FBO setup wouldn't be worth much, if anything within error percentage.
Add heads/cam and more RPM, then you should start to see a difference between the two 95mm.
With boost, the difference between the two should be larger, but I can't speculate how much of an improvement ported vs Non-ported would be on boost.

For how cheap the 95s are you could purchase it, and just have it ported later when you switch to a procharger.

Thanks for the information. That's what I figured. I can always have ported later.

The only real difference you will see throttle response. You're just letting in a bit more air with the same throttle position. It's like tweaking your throttle.
