Have not, when the new wheels get back from powder Coating, will put a set of tires and post a pik for you guys, but think the fronts will stick out some, if what member 2010REDSS did he ran his Z/28 rims on his ZL11LE and added a spacer.

The OEM Z28 front wheels are the same size and offset as the ZL1 1LE fronts. I have the Z28 wheels on mine no need for a spacer

Your car looks perfect with Z/28 wheels and yes, no spacer needed for sure.

But, they are not the same size in the rear. ZLE wheels are 12" (not 11.5") which is why the question of will they fit on a Z/28 because they won't fit on a regular ZL1 without a spacer.

I want answers as well. I have OEM ZL1 1LE wheels, but I don't want to find out the hard way. Seems as though with a 15mm offset difference they might rub or need a 15mm spacer.. is that safe enough to road course and then they'd stick out an extra 1/2"? I wasn't able to test fit a GM OEM ZL1 1LE wheel, but I cant in a week or two.

The factory gap between my Z28 wheels with 325/30-19 Bridgestone RE-11's & the inner plastic liner next to the wheel tub is approx. 1". I put on a set of OEM spec BC Forged w/M 4S 325/30-19 rear wheels and that gap shrank by the just over a half an inch (or around 17mm) The BC forged wheels without a spacer IMO are too close to the caliper & bleeder tip only leaving approx. 1/8" of space. FYI-the M 4S are about 1/4" taller in height & 3/8" narrower section width when mounted on the Factory 19x11.5 Z28 wheels vs the 19x12 ZL1 1LE spec'd BC Forged. I didn't have time to weigh them, but wow the RE-11's felt heavy.

A lot of good info there. Interested to see how a test fit of OEM ZLE wheels actually do on a Z/28.

Thanks mlee. I will test for them for sure. I think I’ll order a set a high quality 15mm spacers as a good “fail safe” after installing the BC Forged I don’t think an extra 1/2” extension outward will be an issue and if they’re needed I’ll have them anyways. I would like some opinions on how much clearance is needed for I. Between the inner plastic liner which sits between the inside of the wheel/tire and the trunk of anyone knows how much suspension flex or wheel deflection occurs under heavy cornering.

I put a set of OEM 1LE wheels on mine, no issues with the fit.

**UPDATE**

Finally got around to mounting a a set of ZL1-1LE OEM Wheels with GY 3R's along with a set of OEM ZL1 1LE specs BC Forged 2 piece Modular LE10's in ZL1-1LE oem spec'd 19x12-41mm & 19x11-11mm offsets fitted with Michelin P4S tires in 325/30 rears & 305/30 fronts.

The Front sets were no issues as they are identical fitment. Only difference was that the BC Forged wheels have a slightly smaller barrel and brake caliper clearance was reduced down to about 3mm. No issues with wheel weights, suspension, etc.

For the Rear I thought to be safe I'd buy a ZL1 Add-on's 3mm spacer for the rear. Both sets tested with 3mm SPACER installed.

After testing thread count on the lug nuts I discovered the 3mm took the full thread engagement from 9 down to 7 which from what I've read is still a safe # to operate with....any thoughts or opinions I'm open. The closest clearance would have been he BC forged set where the caliper is and it netted about 3.5mm at the closest point to hitting the inside of a spoke. You can see the tire sizes for reference and notice the M P4S is taller & wider than the tires on the factory Z28 wheel's which are Bridgestone Potenza R-11's in a square set up of 325/30-19. The GY 3R's are similar height to the M P4S, but a little wider than the M P4S and much wider than the B P RE-11's.

For clearance I think the only area I'm concerned about would be the rear inner wheel liner clearance which the best I can tell with the widest tire being the GY 3'R the gap has decreased from about 3/4" down to about maybe 1/2 and inch. With this current factory alignment does anyone seem to think they would rub under track use or hard cornering? I may never track the car, but curious.

Wow that is by far the best looking 5th gen Camaro I've seen in a long time, perhaps ever. Well done!

dlct3 - as far as thread engagement, I've seen sanctioning bodies say it's 1x major diameter, so, with your M14x1.5 studs (like Gen 6, too), you would want 9.3 threads engaged when fully torqued. Some guys run thicker spacers than I ever would on track and probably on the street, too. Many may disagree.
