Nope, left at factory setting. However, I was getting more wear on the outside edges on the rears so gonna get some more negative camber there. Looking iffy for RoadAmerica this weekend, lots of rain in the forecast, so next outing is likely Road Atlanta in November and that track absolutely eats driver's side rear tires. Turn 12....

Probably going to the -2.0 degrees in the rear, that will help.

You bet, mlee.....happy to do the research and post up the details.

The Z/28 wheels + R7's work fantastic. Just wish I could get more than 20 heat cycles out of the Hoosiers......as my Dad would say "Those guys are proud of them tires." $$$$!

Mlee, regular ZL1 or 1LE? You'll have different fitment with the Mag ride struts.

Thank you sir. Wildhammer's price is cheaper than what you paid from the dealership?

I have a wholesale account with GM. Price from vendor is above wholesale but not much.

Is there anyone running these on ZL1 (non 1LE)?

Yes, I'm aware. My 1LE just got built last week. Seems they make all the aftermarket wheels to match the Z/28 wheels which fit both ZL1's, but not the absolute best for the 1LE. I just plan to get a spare set of OEM 1LE wheels.

Exact same 19x11 +11 front

19×11.5 +32.25 on the Z/28.
19x12 +41 on the ZL1 1LE.

The Z/28 wheel is 6.35mm inside the ZL1 1LE wheel (1/2 inch / 2 = .25" = 6.35mm) - however - the reduced backspace of 8.75mm more than compensates for this and as a result, the outside of the Z/28 wheel "pokes" out by only 2.40mm. Virtually meaningless. The inside edge is further out from the suspension by 6.35mm + 8.75mm for a total of 15.1mm or .5944 inches.

I'm going to wrap mine in 315 front and 325 rear 30/19 Hoosier R7's for my first ZL1 1LE track event at RoadAmerica.

Will post pics when I get them on next week!
And the other way - do ZL1 1LE wheels work on a Z/28?

hoosier vs stock 3r's

Just curios, how much of a difference do the Hoosiers make over the stock 3r...Have you quantified it with lap times??

Also does anyone know the weight difference between the stock ZLE wheel and the 2015 Z28 wheel??

Worked great. The R7's are great tires for these cars, and the Z/28 wheels worked perfect (and most think they look better on our ZL1's than the OEM wheels....me included).

I'll try to get something more detailed posted this week. Back at RA next weekend for round two!
