Are the carbon versions of this wing 100% carbon or is it an overlay? Wondering what the structure is under the carbon....

Our Carbon Fiber products are made with 2x2 twill cross weave pattern Carbon Fiber fabric, reinforced with Fiberglass back layers. The Carbon Fiber and Fiberglass layers are placed directly on the mold where its then injected with resin through a specialized vacuum process, making these parts light weight and durable. The exposed Carbon Fiber surface is UV clear coated and polished for a glossy finish.

How tight do the nuts need to be? They were barely hand tight from the factory.
