Might be an odd question, does anyone have the darkened tail lights and Smoked third break replacement WITH a lighter stripe package(or picture of)? White or Silver?

Does anyone know if the side skirts and lip spoiler on the Hot Wheels edition is the same that you can order on its own? I want to add them to my car and like the way the Hot Wheels ones look. I just need to know if I can order the regular ones from GM or if I should look for Hot Wheels ones specifically.
