I’ve reached out to several vendors and can’t seem to get prices for a wheel tire combo. I was thinking the zl1 or zl1 1le in black or bronze with nitros but it’s like pulling teeth to get a price.

What’s up with that

I don't know who you're using, but the guys at Forged wheel source, and Paul at PK answer me almost immediately, even now, when I'm not buying any wheels or tires…

I am having the same issues with people not getting back to me. Element wheels had even forgotten what they were supposed to get back to me for. I had to explain to the same sales person what I wanted and what info I had wanted. Carlos at MRR is not so speedy either. It gets frustrating as all heck when you have to remind people that you want to do business with them.

Keep in mind that the people that are at the manufacture of wheels do not really have to answer you. That's what they have dealers for. A person like Paul, who you can see from above gets back to you right away is the actual contact for you as a customer.

I realize that. But Element wheels is a dealer and Carlos was going to contact Element wheels regarding some MRR wheels that Element was to get me a price. I did not ask him to do this he told me he would do this.

actually yes the owner of element wheels and I have been talking and checking out what we can both do for you/ this is something where the sales guys are not involved as they are set to sell at a certain cost/ if you like you can email me directly and I can have element get you information on what exactly we can do for you.
keep in mind the higher savings is with in our FS line up/ all other wheels dont have much room so although I can help you with those they wont have the best savings/.

we are trying to figueer out a good price point that works not only for MRR/ for Element and you at the same time all sides still need to make a profit.

Why should I email you. I don't even have your email address. Besides I told you what wheels I was looking for on the phone last week. I am just waiting for a reply. You won't sell any wheels if you or Element does not get back to me.

well unfortunately our boss saw how a good deed can go a little bad sometimes. not sure if your trying to be difficult but neither element nor my upper management is willing to offer you a deal anymore, patience go's a long way. in all my years in this business ive never ever had to turn a client down.

I other dealers have also told me they have contact you but seems like your also not a serious buyer/ sorry buddy is out of my hands now.

I must say Carlos has gotten back to me pretty quick as have a few othe dealers. I’m looking at a few different wheels and can’t make up my might
