Reset the P1X record. 10.00@138.55

Took the car to a slower track today than yesterday but it was prepped better. I could actually launch the car and got the trans as dialed in as I could. I didn't change anything in the ECM. Once the car actually hooked I had to completely reset the shift points and converter lock up. It actually hit the limiter in first on the second 10.00 pass. The DA was -15ft and the wind was hawking but in every direction so I can't really say it helped or hurt. I have the vid if anyone can host it or drop it on their Youtube and post a link.

Again, this car is a fully loaded, full weight 2SS on a 28" drag pack. It has the stone stock long block to include IM/TB. All passes were done on 93 octane Shell gasoline. The only mods are:

Procharger P1X at 10psi@6,600
Alky Control single nozzle meth kit
Circle D 2D converter
Kooks 2" header w/ gutted cats
LT4 in tank pump
My ECM/TCM tuning

What intercooler and what meth percentage? How does it drive on the street would you drive this package anywhere? I sure hope that customer is happy because I would be thrilled to death with that. As always great job

Dan, he just put a lot more pressure on me to get past him. I think I can if I can get to the track soon and have good air. Great pass for sure.

Only one man has walked on water and it wasn't me. LOL. But thanks for the kind words.

It has a STG 2 intercooler but the IAT's still end up in the high 150's by the end of the run. I haven't set up a break out IAT sensor to register the meth yet.

The meth is on kill basically. The initial dial is in the 3 O'clock position and the gain knob is at 8.

The car is basically stock. The 2D drives really well. I have only driven it on the drag pack and I think I am averaging 24mpg. I bet on stock tires you wouldn't be able to tell the PC was there.

You should be able to crush these time. More boost, slicks, race fuel, lighter car, more power, etc.

There is nothing special about this build or car. I have just been sorting it out to make it run. Plain and simple. Anyone can build this combo.

Impressive indeed. Amazing what the right tuner, driver and DA will get with these cars.

I am assuming the 100% meth is helping with the 93 premium to get to the octane level it needs at that boost level.

The meth is honestly to make up for the inability of the fuel system to keep up. Since there is a small window of afr and timing to keep these motors happy that is what I did. Once we can fuel it on pump the meth will just be an adder to keep the IAT's in line.

We'll see if I can. We were on the dyno yesterday but still need some tuning. I have a guy building me a belly pan style diaper to keep me legal and safe. It made 703 but had too much 93 octane and it was knocking too much to make where I thought it needed to be which is about 725. Back to the dyno on Wednesday.
