Your second round of pictures show it much better. That shouldn't be that difficult to repair at all. Looks like the clear bra was pulled back off and caused that. When they spray them at the factory, they arent that concerned with coverage on parts that are not visable i can see the paint being light in that area. These arent Ferraris after all.

It really looks like it has already been repainted to me.

Dealership painters are no different. There are good and bad. But even a bad one could sand this out, prime and paint without getting into the exterior of the bumper.

LMAO over dramatic do you even have Chevy?? get off the post if you don't like it lol I've used the dealer paint shops and I've had to go back twice because they just don't care. I wish I had pictures to prove my point.

Bought the car brand new from Bachman Chevrolet, had it delivered to Cali from them.

Definitely this isn't a Ferrari, But for what they ask for the damn car I would expect a better job.

I've probably owned well over 75 Chevys since you ask. It would take a long time to nail down the exact number. Mabe if you would have given a better explanation of what happen I wouldnt have said that, but in the end that repair is a very minor issue. I know either one of my local Chevy dealers could that without issue. Good luck. I hope you do find the satisfaction you are looking for.
