How do you strap your 1LE to your trailer?
So I busted my tie down straps tonight. I was past due for a new set. What do you use? Wheel net, tie off to suspension, loop through wheel? Looking at some sets from either Mac's or Summit Racing brand. Mac's look to be American made and I'm guessing most other brands are Chinese.
Thoughts?

I have only towed with a uhaul and used the supplied wheel straps. Im going to use tie downs next time. The rear of the car gets too bouncy on the trailer.
The rear is tough because the arms have plastic covers over them. I can tell you, when I got my car dynod, they removed the plastic covers and and looked them to the arm. |

Not trailered a Camaro yet, but I can tell you Mac’s makes a great product. I have been really happy with their service. Look at their kits for a better deal!

Longtime Mac’s user. Great product. I have their full kit with direct hook ratchets.

This kit has the soft covers for the wheel straps, so it won’t damage wheel finish

I ordered a set of Mac's. Anxious to see if the premium price was worth it. Also, need to get under my 1LE to check out tie down options. I was thinking I might need to go with tire straps or something.

I would strap the car down by the wheels, and also strap down the vehicle itself. Even securely strapped by the wheels, the car body can move around on the cars suspension and throw the trailer and even the tow rig off balance. |

All you need is axel straps through the wheels , secured to a D ring with ratchet straps
