Cool mod !!!

Thanks for posting this

I just finished installing this mod, and have one thing to add... To avoid grinding a notch in your fuse box to hook up to negative, there is a negative connection inside

Thanks for the tip! This is what I wanted to do but I had no clue how to search for a ground. I'll do this this weekend as I'd much prefer to have it all tucked away.

EDIT: I switched my ground to the same as yours a few weeks ago. Works great and competely hidden. Very cool. Thanks

Anyone remember the name of the mod that's out there that has this connected to a key fob so you can switch the NPP from stealth to track while you're driving? I should clarify that what I'm referring to was something packaged and being sold by a forum supplier.

Look at Forza. Is this what you are referring to?

This mod actually comes with two keyfobs or you can use the homelink buttons. iMBAPrice® 12V, 15 Amps, Heavy Duty Boat and Car Universal Remote Control Kit https://www.amazon.com/dp/B00LMICSIQ..._hl7oxb858T1B5

I just installed the Forza unit and it works great. I will be doing a review shortly just waiting for the owner on Forza to get back to me.

Where do you get this range device from?

This looks great!

So if I'm understanding this correctly this modification is totally reversible if you decide to return back to stock at some point? No damage to any stock components if the ground in the fuse box is utilized?

I also wonder if a phone app controlled switch module could be found with a little more research. May have just found my first side project for when I get the car.

Maybe this My N3RD would work

Yeah if you follow post #16 for the ground, everything is contained under the fuse box lid. I'm so glad he found a ground for us. It's Soo much cleaner this way
