Cop Scanner... Thing :P
Hey, i dont drive yet, but i was wondering...
do you guys use those radios that mount on your dashboard that scan for cops or listen in to cop frequencies and find where they are? Theres been some tickets on the 5th gen forum section and i bet if those things worked it could have saved one or two tickets over the years.... I have seen Apps for those on my phone, and ive seen my cousin put one in his P.O.S Honda. Do they work?

police scanners work if your hanging out in parking lots with a bunch of cars and some a-hole calls the police because they have no life, and then you know the cops are coming before they get there.

 no freakin clue haha so what does it do? What about the ones that beep when u get near a cop or something like that..?
